If you’ve ever admired the colorful hues of titanium or niobium jewelry, you’ve seen anodization in action! Unlike paint or coatings, anodization is an electrochemical process that changes the color of metal without adding anything to the surface. Instead, it alters the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the jewelry, affecting how light interacts with it—kind of like how an oil slick or soap bubble creates shifting colors.

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Jesse, who left us on September 21, 2024.

If you have been by the studio lately, you may have noticed that I’m getting ready to welcome a new little one! This pregnancy however has not been the easiest, and my body is at the point that I physically have to slow down for everyone’s well-being.

Beginning the week of August 5th, our Central Avenue location will be open on Sundays and closed on Tuesdays. Our Carlisle Blvd location will continue to be open Tuesday through Sunday, giving you access to our services 7 days a week across both locations!
