Our Central Ave Location is Moving! Here’s What You Need to Know.
After 27+ years on Central Avenue, we have some news to share.
Our original location of Evolution Body Piercing is moving. The building sold, and we were unable to reach an agreement with the new owners on lease terms. While this wasn’t our choice and we weren’t ready to go, we are actually very excited for the next EVOLUTION.
Everyone you love at our original location will be coming with us, no team member or koi fish will be left behind! We will all be working from our Carlisle location while we find and move into our new home. We are actively looking and when we know more, you will too.
If you have a special order or jewelry at the studio, we will reach out to you at the phone number we have on file to arrange pickup. Anything not collected by July 27 will be available at Carlisle. Nothing will get lost in the move.
If you want to come say goodbye to the space that started it all, we would love to see you. Book before July 27 to come see us on Central, or find us at Carlisle starting July 28. Either way, we will be ready to take care of you.

A Note from the Founders
We opened our doors on Central Ave in 1999 with a vision for what a studio dedicated solely to the art of body piercing could be. Setting a higher standard for the client experience was at the center of every decision we made. We brought people onto the team who shared our values. We did this without having any idea what it would become. We just knew that piercing had a transformative power. It had changed our lives, and we wanted to share it with others.
What happened next was you.
You came in nervous and left with something you loved. You came back and you brought your friends. You told your co-workers and loved ones and strangers you met on the street about us. Over the years you would bring your children, and now your children are bringing their children. You trusted us with your bodies and your stories. You grew with us for 27 years.
So it is with a lot of feelings that we share this news.
While it wasn't our choice to leave on this timeline, we have always found a way forward and this is no different. We like to think that things like this happen for a reason. We are excited for the next EVOLUTION.
To every client who has walked through our doors over the past 27 years: thank you. You are part of us. You are why Evolution is still here, still growing, and still going.
This is not an ending. It is exactly what our name says it is.
