Body Art Professionals: Participate in an Industry Training Survey (APP Conference Research)
If you work in the body art industry, I’d love to ask for about 15 minutes of your time.
Our industry talks a lot about training—how apprenticeships should work, what good mentorship looks like, and how studios develop their teams. But most of those conversations are based on personal experience and opinion.
We don’t have much real data showing how studios across the industry are actually training people.
I’m currently conducting a survey to help build a clearer picture. The results will be presented as a research poster at the 2026 APP Conference in Las Vegas, offering a snapshot of training practices across the industry.
