A $5 special order fee
A minimum 50% deposit to place the order
The remaining balance due upon arrival
Wait times can vary depending on the vendor, but we’ll always give you a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can always be applied as store credit if you decide to go in a different direction. If that happens, we’ll gladly help you find something you love just as much.
