At Evolution, we celebrate PRIDE year round, but naturally we are always eager to get involved with our community when the opportunity arises. I am very excited to share with you all the ways we will be getting involved for the month of June in support of PRIDE!

Pride Parade

Last year we had such a great time putting together our own float and walking along other businesses in the ABQ pride parade for the first time. We are really looking forward to putting together our float and do it again for round two! Keep an eye out on Saturday the 8th for our float and our team - we’re passing out discount coupons while supplies last! You can also stop by our Central Avenue location during the parade to get your photo taken at our Photo Booth that we will be setting up right outside of the studio.

Because of the parade, our Carlisle Blvd location will be open later in the day at 2pm for appointments and walk-ins, but Central hours will resume as normal.

Fundraising

We have some great new merchandise this year, and 100% of the proceeds on our Pride merchandise in the month of June will be going to HealPlus NM - a community organization that works to achieve health equity and wellness for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community through community organizing, education, advocacy and messaging. We are delighted to work together as a community to provide funding to this organization, stop by either of our locations to pick up pride merchandise and directly support this organization by doing so!

We are very excited to get involved and celebrate all of our clients, staff, and community that make the LGBTQIA+ so beautiful for PRIDE this month. We hope you will join us by watching our float on June 8th, or by swinging by to contribute to our donation for Heal plus NM.
