Good morning! All my friends call me Kat (She/Her). The first time I met someone with a piercing, I was six years old; she was my new babysitter. I remember thinking that she was the coolest person I had ever seen, but by far the coolest thing about her was her red and blue tongue piercing. That night, after she left, I begged my mom to let me get one, but of course, she said no. For the next twelve years, almost daily, I asked my mom for various different piercings, but the answer was always no. Because I was not allowed to get piercings, I had to fill the void in other ways. I spent every single day reading and watching every piece of piercing information I could get my hands on. That is how I discovered Evolution, and from that day forward, it has been my dream to work here. On my eighteenth birthday, my best friend brought me into Evolution to get my first piercing. This was a monumental moment. The only thing in life I was passionate about was piercings. What if I didn't like it? The second Syndesi did my tongue piercing, everything I had known since I was six was confirmed. This was my true passion in life; it's who I'm meant to be and what I'm meant to do. I was born, raised, and am living in New Mexico. I live in the East Mountains, in a little house with the very best and cutest dog that has ever existed. I have been knitting for over a decade, so if I'm not at work, I guarantee you will find me watching something funny and making sweaters.
